Reality Bytes

As in Hollywood, so in life: just as the majority of action heroes in the movies are men, few women try and take on such roles in the real world. However, this makes the perseverance required to take on and defeat convention and stereotype, all the more admirable. It's one thing to do it with a scriptwriter controlling things, quite another to do it for real, with no guarantee of a happy ending.

This section covers such stories, as and when I find them. and/or have time to research them. They cover the whole range from comedy to tragedy, which is as it should be - real life itself does nothing less.
